Paying for qualified property leads the way forward

If you are considering renting your property there are many choices available; from the Estate Agent route through to the DIY option. We came up with the concept to pay for property leads several years ago. As a fledgling business it was fantastic for Moving Soon to get recognition from Web User Magazine back in 2007.

You can pay upfront for advertising your property to rent privately, but there is no guarantee on a return for your investment i.e. people responding to your listing. We've had first hand experience of this, so it's interesting to see that even some of the bigger portals have adopted the same model for Estate Agents that advertise with them. We all want a return for our investment so we think that paying for qualified leads for property listings is the way forward.
